🔧 Upcoming Price Adjustment

To help support these improvements—a 30% price increase will take effect on all wholesale orders starting September 1st. This change will allow us to:

• Maintain the high standards you expect

• Improve turnaround times

• Continue delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for every order

💬 Communication Expectations

We’re a small business that values mutual respect and collaboration. Going forward:

• Any customer engaging in aggressive, disrespectful, or non-constructive communication will be removed from our wholesale program.

• We will not tolerate bullying, intimidation, or unkind language toward anyone on our team.

While we’re proud to serve many Wine & Design studios, Ruff Cuts is independently owned and operated.

• Any attempt to escalate a Ruff Cuts matter to Wine & Design Corporate will result in a permanent ban from ordering.

• Wine & Design HQ is not involved in our operations, pricing, or policies.
